How to choose a bilingual AI interview assistant

Separate three different needs

For interview preparation, begin with accurate project experience and a question list, then practice explaining your answers. A live desktop assistant is not necessary for every preparation task.

For live transcription, check whether meeting playback and your microphone are captured separately. For reference material, InvisiCopilot's local notes need neither an account nor credits. AI answers and screen analysis require an internet connection and sign-in; they use credits or are included in an active Monthly Sprint plan.

Check fit before downloading

On credit plans, Default interview answers cost 1 credit/min and Deep answers cost 2. Quick Capture costs 4 credits/use; Deep Capture costs 8, including a Quick-to-Deep fallback. A 30-minute Default interview plus two Quick Captures without fallback totals 38 credits; with Deep interview answers, the same usage totals 68. These are billing examples, not performance tests. OA mode starts no interview timer; mobile remote uses the same rates. Monthly Sprint costs $59 / ¥398 for 30 days and includes interviews, captures, and reviews without credit charges or auto-renewal.

During the public beta, new accounts receive 100 registration credits with no automatic refill. Check the in-app purchase page for current packs, currencies, and payment methods. Hiding a window does not stop a session or its timer; select End Interview when finished.

When it may not fit

Live AI features require connectivity. Check compatibility before buying for an unsupported OS or device. Capture protection is not guaranteed across every operating system, recording method, and meeting application; verify your actual setup.

Suggestions can be wrong, cannot verify your resume facts for you, and do not guarantee a job offer. Use the product for practice or where the organizer explicitly permits assistance, following the terms of service.

Exam clients such as Shixizhi (时习之): avoid interview assistants

If an actual exam requires a dedicated client such as Shixizhi, we recommend not running InvisiCopilot or another interview assistant alongside it, or repeatedly triggering screen analysis to try to obtain questions. We have received a user report from the Shixizhi Windows client: the questions remained visible to the user, but screen analysis returned only the messages 'The client exam does not allow screenshots' and 'Security service assurance'. This describes a reported scenario, not testing of every version of that client.

We have not verified any general-purpose interview assistant solution that reliably handles these capture restrictions and detection concerns over time. No tool, including InvisiCopilot, should promise continued access to questions while remaining undetected in these protected exam environments. A successful test does not guarantee the same result during an actual exam or after a client update. Do not base a purchase on claims of a 'reliable bypass' or 'guaranteed invisibility'.

A blocked capture does not establish that a proctoring alert was raised. Equally, the absence of a popup or visible warning does not establish that no background record exists. Protection, detection, and reporting depend on the exam client and its configuration; a screenshot alone cannot establish these behaviors. If you need assistance features, ask the organizer which tools and uses are permitted.

Choose a window mode for your task

Switch in the macOS menu bar or overlay menu, or Windows tray menu. The two focus modes are mutually exclusive and remember your choice. Switching keeps existing capture results; leaving OA mode does not start an interview. End any interview or audio check and wait for audio cleanup before entering OA mode.

Do you want to control or read from a phone?

Mobile Remote provides another screen for controls and answers. Sign in on the desktop, open Mobile Remote, and scan the QR code. Your phone browser can run Quick/Deep Capture, switch result pages, start/stop listening, and display the latest five interview Q&As. No phone app or shared local network is needed; the online desktop still captures the screen and audio.

Links last up to eight hours and give their holder control and access to answers. Closing the pairing window keeps remote control active; choose Disable Remote on the computer when finished. Renew Link invalidates the old connection. Desktop rates apply. Listening cannot start while the computer is in OA mode or running an audio check.

Choose window mode, answer mode, and materials separately

Interview-only mode controls visible windows. Interview Management → Answer Mode selects Default or Deep answers and the session rate. Deep may be slower and does not require Monthly Sprint; preference changes apply at the next interview start. These choices are also separate from Quick/Deep Capture.

Pro and Monthly Sprint support reference files such as job descriptions, project notes, and study materials alongside your resume. Preview and enable or disable them; up to 10 can be enabled. They do not replace your resume or establish personal experience. Unconfirmed past imports are excluded until enabled. Free local notes still do not automatically enter AI context.

After downloading, use the free Pre-Interview Audio Check to verify computer audio, microphone transcription, and a sample AI answer before trying a short practice session. It uses no credits, starts no interview, and saves no content to review. Retest after changing headphones.
